Sal Chacon is the new President of Allied Paving. Allied Paving Company is fully capable of meeting any asphalt paving/street restoration need using quality materials and an efficient workforce. Allied Paving Company has performed site work and infrastructure work, including grading, paving, and concrete items for major projects in El Paso and New Mexico. Allied Paving is also involved with the community, providing construction services to the local worshiping churches, as well as other non-profit organizations.

Allied Paving was founded in 1956 by the Borsberry family and has since maintained itself as a dependable paving company in the El Paso, TX area. It has operated 3 asphalt and aggregate processing plants and has operated as a prime contractor on TxDOT, Ft. Bliss, and City of El Paso projects, Allied Paving's largest contract was $10 million for Ft. Bliss with a current bonding capacity of $30 million. Allied Paving Company also has provided citywide resurfacing services for the City of El Paso for the last 13 years.
